Title Services

First Mortgage Services, Inc. and U.S. Title and Closing, subsidiaries of the corporation, complete the residential home services for Coldwell Banker customers.

U.S. Title and Closing Services has been providing closing and full title service since 1994. We provide an experienced, friendly staff to get you through the sometimes confusing business of buying and/or selling a home or other real estate.

We help you sort out all the unfamiliar terminology and coordinate all the people and organizations involved in getting you through a successful and hopefully stress-free closing.

U.S. Title is an agent for First American Title Insurance Co., one of the largest underwriters in the country.

We currently hold the HUD contract for all closings in North Dakota, and have been processing the HUD closings for five years.
