"I have been employed as a property manager for Coldwell Banker First Realty since 1985. I am a graduate of North Dakota State University and the Dale Carnegie Course. I have earned my designation as a Certified Apartment Manager, CAM, from the National Apartment Association, and I also am a licensed REALTOR in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. My goal is to provide the best service possible to our investment clients by implementing property management procedures to increase the value of each investment. The property management staff has been trained to provide our clients with a personal service and management flexibility that is very unique to our industry."
